Admission Procedure

The school session commences in April of every year and ends in March of the next year. The registrations cum admissions to various classes generally begin around the month of January every year. Following details can help you understand the procedures better:

Eligibility

Children seeking admission to L.K.G. and U.K.G. should have attained to age of 4.5 years and 5.5 years respectively as on 31st march of that year

Registration

  • Admission is on the basis of a written test and an interview for class – I to VI only.
  • For admission to classes I to VI, tests are conducted in English, Math, Urdu, Hindi & G.S.
  • Specific syllabus is prescribed for the test, but a candidate must have sufficient knowledge of the subjects appropriate of the class lower than that in which admission is sought.
  • There is no written test for admission to K.G. classes. However, children are required to appear for an interview. It is essential for both the parents to accompany the child. Overall growth, observation, self-reliance are the main factors to decide the admission.

Admission

  • Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit.
  • The following certificates are to be submitted along with the admission form:-

    Birth Certificate (issued by a competent authority);

    Transfer certificate (where applicable);

    Medical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS doctor.

    Six passport size photographs.

  • Fees have to be deposited within seven days of selection, failing which the seat will be allotted to the next waiting candidate.

Admission will be made for vacant seats in the classes K.G.to IX only.

The parents who wish to get their children enrolled in the school should get names of their wards registered in school office in the month of Feb./March.
Admissions are done purely on the basis of interaction /test/interview.

  • For LKG and UKG the selection will be on the basis of an assessment arrived at after interaction of parents & their wards with the admission committee.
  • For all other classes, the selection will be on the basis of an evaluation cum interview of the child &previous school records.
  • The management of the school acting through Principal reserves the right of accepting or refusing any pupil, who seeks admission in this school.
  • Children seeking admission to LKG, UKG & STD-I should attain the age of 3+, 4+, 5+ years respectively on the 1st April of the forth coming academic session.

Students who want to leave the school must apply for Transfer Certificate before 31st March
